with what was involved installing my bigger RO holding tank last night, I had to shut off a breaker for a couple minutes, so I had to wake up before the normal time for my "1st light" lights to come on for the tanks, to reset them to come on at normal time...
I've always found this an interesting time, watching the fish wake up... most of the South American Tetras have adopted the new resin hollow log, that the coffeefola is growing out of as the place they sleep... well except the 2 biggest sailfins, have slowly emerged from the Pothos vine roots...
all the Cichlids bed down in the sand, any boundary's are forgotten, until the light of day... the tiger Silver Dollar, seems to go on auto pilot, somewhat like the Tin Foil Barbs, but hovers a couple inches above the sand, while the Tin Foils , seem to swim laps in the dark, all night long...
my snow white Pleco seems to be nocturnal, swimming around in the dark, and then slowly fading into it's day time hiding spot, as the lights come on...
