I currently run an AquaOne 1250 for my ~190L (55gal) tank. It is however sounding a little old in the tooth and rattling quite a lot - and replacing all the O rings, seals and impeller has done little to rectify the problem, so I can only conclude that it's something internal that's dying.

I could replace with a direct replica but thought it might be time for an upgrade. The 1250 is rated 1250 lph at the pump, but operating flow rate of 850 lph - so anything I get must have an operating flow rate of at least this.

The other thing which may cause problems are the fact I'll never be able to replace the hoses - so I would really need to stick with something which uses 19mm hosing...

So what are my options!? I've been looking at a TMC V2 PowerBox 400 but rated at 1020 lph but don't know if that operating flow or pump flow...

Help!?
