Hi all,
I'm new to the forums and relatively new to fish, well I have had my current tank for a year, it's a Fluval Roma 90. I have had a few issues with algae over growth which has ended up with me temporarily placing my stock of fish, consisting of 2 dwarf gouramis, 3 rummynose tetras, 3 zebra danios 2 golden sucker loaches, 2 male guppies, 1 male dalamation mollie and a baby mollie, into a clearseal tank that I've had spare but isn't ideal for them to stay in. Yes I know I need to restock my females, I had a bacterial infection before christmas which led to me buying the smaller tank to begin with and was allowing the fish to resettle again before introducing more to the original tank. But since having this algae issue they have all gone back to the smaller tank again. My problem is aside from the roma needing a good deep clean, is I'm not overall impressed with the quality and the build with the tank such as the lid and sil over the top of the tank. If I looked into getting another tank, I could probably go a little bigger but not too much bigger, are there any recommendations from people, what tanks have you found successful and would tell others to buy as well. Sorry if this is in the wrong place I just wasn't sure where else to put it. Admins/Mods feel free to move this if you feel it appropiate.
Thanks in advance,
Liz
