Repair Scratched Glass?

Hello, i have just noticed a rather large scratch on the inside of my tank, it looks awful. I think it must have got there from a stone trapped under the mag cleaner, my son likes to help clean the tank and i think he must have done it unsupervised whilst i wasnt at home. Anyway, is it possible to repair scratches and if so is it expensive and hard work?

Best you can do is polish it out... which IS hard work, needs the tank empty and will weaken the pane a little... you can use metal polish, followed by rouge.
Easier to turn the tank round ! LOL

If its a plastic tank, polishing will be a lot easier...

Or if its on the back pane, disguise it with plants or paint.

i think that will be best, glad i diddnt get the bow fronted one now
