Repair Decoration With Glue?

hi i ordered a piece of decoration for my tank and its came today but its cracked in the bottom corner im looking at repairing it rarther than sending it back and have to slaver on for days and postage costs etc

can i use super glue to fit the bits back together and it will be fine to put into the tank? of course the glue will work to stick the two bits back together just want to make sure the glue aint gonna any problems to fish/water and my tank

Superglue is fine, i dont know about 'cheaper brands' of superglue but the proper stuff is fine, lots of people use it in marine tanks for sticking corals!

just check the ingredients - it it only states cyanoacrylate, then it's fine.....anything else in there and don't risk it.

the stuff i have is called FIXSAL Strong Bond

just read the instructions and it states on the bottom Harmful To Aquatic Life so that will be a no looks like am gonna have to send it back

Probably cheaper just to buy more glue.

Send it back. Collect some nice rock from your local river/stream and your sorted.
