Ok I now have all three of these canister filters. I purchased the Rena Xp3 for 110 dollars. The Magnum cost me 60 dollars, and the Jebo cost me 40 dollars. The latter two I got off of ebay in great deals. I will rate all three in terms of Effectiveness, Ease of Setup, Noise, Appearance, Accessories/Included Items, Overall. It's a scale from one to ten with ten being the best.

RENA XP3

Effectiveness 9/10 A very clean, easy to use filter. DOes it's job well, and worth the money.
Ease of Setup 10/10 Super easy to setup, and actually kind of fun for some reason.
Noise 7/10 Some people say it can be bad for the first two weeks until it's broken in. I disagree, it's completely silent for me, but despite what some people say, I'll give it a 7/10
Appearance 6/10 Not a pretty little unit, but I look for function, not form.
Accessories/Included Items8/10 Includes a good portion of media and accessories, but you will need to purchase more to fill it. Adjustable lengths of intake outake spray bars and tubing is very helpful!
Overall 9/10 A great filter, but be careful when you open it, water will squirt out in every direction. Have towels at hand.

Magnum 350

Effectiveness 8/10 It has dual filtration, while many filters with it's flow rate have triple or quadrupal filtration.
Ease of Setup 2/10 Extremely difficult to setup. The tubing is very stiff and difficult to cut and lead to the tank. Once the tube is connected to the unit or the filtration bars, it can only be removed by sawing the tube off, it is so tight it can never be removed again. Directions are not great, and the canister needs to be filled to prime the entire unit.
Noise 5/10 Fairly noisy unit. THankfully mine is in a cabinet so it's noise is obsorbed, but it has that rackity click clack sound of its penguin and marineland bio wheel cousins.
Appearance 10/10 A nifty looking filter where you can watch the water flow through and around.
Accessories/Included Items 9/10 Basically everything you can need is included.
Overall 5/10 A good unit but certainley not the best, can be noisy and very difficult to setup. Only get it if you get it for dirt cheap.

Jebo Oddysea CSF4

Effectiveness 8/10 Fairly good flow. Rated for up to 125 gph. Better for around a 75 gallon tank.
Ease of Setup 10/10 Ridiculously easy to setup. A++ in this area
Noise 10/10 Very quiet!
Appearance 9/10 Can come in a sleek silver or appealing green. Very nice looking canister filter either way, and resembles ehiem canister filters.
Accessories/Included Items 9/10 Everything you need is included, however they do not give many options for the outake and intake tube setup. Otherwise they have 5 filter pads, four trays, and 3 bags of ceramic rings, bacteria colony stones, and filter carbon.
Overall 9/10 You get what you pay for in terms of flow rate, but it is still a great deal. They are extremely cheap and are made in Japan, therefore are less known, and less expensive than many American/European models.
