Rena Powerhead

I have had a juwel 4 plus powehead running on my 180ltr freshwater tank without the filter and it has just gone bust. I need a new powerhead very quickly as the juwel filter does not airate the water. I was looking at the seio 620 and the rena flow 2000si does ney1 have either of these and can you tell me do these airate the water well??
