Rena Filstar Iv2 Internal Filter

i have a clearseal 40ltr aquarium with a betta 3 corries and 2 otos the filter is the iv2 rena filstar but im just wondering if its suitable for this tank its on a low output because its very powerful can anyone also tell me if i can purchase a spray bar for this filter
