Removing Scratches From A Glass Aquarium

Anyone can help me on this?

I would like to re-use our old aquarium but there are loads of scratches all over it. I tried filling it with water and it looks horrible....

easiest method by far....slice out the front sheet of glass and silicone in a new one.

Is it scratched on the back and the front? if the backs ok can you not just turn it round?

or take it halfords car park where there will be an autowindscreen chips and scratch and repair 'stall'. Jobs a good 'un

you should be ale to get hold of some glass t-cut or something from halfords, or any car accessories shop. its usually based around use on hard plastics, but it should help things a little. worth a try for a fiver or thereabouts. may take a while to do a whole tank though

Good idea super! esp if its outside the tank it shouldnt do it no harm.....unsure if it would be ok inside the tank though and how it would react with the water
