Removing Nitrite

I have been a bit overenthusiastic trying to feed my sun coral and it has lead to a rise in nitrites to about 1 ppm. I did a 10% water change yesterday and this morning it has read as 0.5ppm

Would it be ok to do another 10% water change today to help lower it further. ammonia is between 0 and 0.25 and nitrate is about 5 (I use RO water)

It should be fine to do another water change.

Definitely ok... be careful. Those levels can be dangerous.
