hi guys I'm trying to remove my internal filter in my juwel 240 tank i have tried fishing line and it just managed to cut into my hands lol, i have managed to get 4 of the blobs cut but can't manage to get the 3 in the corner any tips at all thanks

I used a long flexible knife, should be just fine.

hey thanks i found a thing on here about doing it just managed it i have another question about my new filter can i just add it here or start a new post?

Start a new thread for that :)

If the knife doesn't work there are commercially available 'silicone eaters' but I suggest you empty the tank and thoroughly clean it afterwards if you use this method

Get a scraper that takes the old fashioned razor blades (we got one with our stove to clean the glass top). Should get rid of most of it, and a knife will do just as good a job).
