i came home today to find my little sister has been playing with my magnetic glass cleaner and looks like she's dropped it in the substrate then stuck it back to the glass without cleaning it off first! the result is a dirty great scratch across the front of the glass which isnt very deep at all as i cant even feel it with my fingers but the light shows it up quite bad, worst thing is it's on the inside and i have nowhere it move the fish if i was to use chemicals to buff away the scratch.... its only about 1/4 of the way down do i can easily drop the water level down to that point but does anyone have any suggestions on tacking this?

Cerium oxide

You can get kits that fit into a slow speed drill/driver for around £22

Or go ask a jewellers shop for 100g of the stuff, then mix with water to a paste and polish away

The bay etc is the place to look for the kit or just google

Scratches you can't feel come out pretty easy according to an old neighbour
