Rekord 60 Conversion

hi i am converting my rekord 60 to a nano, i want fish and live rock only. For the filter i have removed the sponges. bought a different type of poly pad and put it in the bottom of the box ,(i bought two different ones which go in together to remove nitrites and ammonia. above that is a basket that i have made to house ceramic media to grow bacteria on, and above that is some 1mm by 1mm mesh for mechanical filtration, i think i have covered all three types of filtration mechanical,chemical and biological and have added a few power heads could you suggest any improvements i could make to aid filtration

the power heads combined pump 400lts/hr sorry about punctuation not eaten yet!

If your having LR rip the filter out all together, you won't need it. Is there any chance of going bigger at all? I did a 60l tank and it was fun but you can only have a few fish so the excitment of buying new things is over pretty quick.

but yeah get rid of the filter
