Ok, well my definition of reef safe is any animal {coral, anemone, crab, fish} who wont harm other animals. Like anemones arent really reef safe because they can roam around and sting other things. Then I read this article that told me that there are many definitions about that, plus Ive seen anemones labeled as reef safe, and theyre really not. So what does everyone think about this?

I think the intended meaning of the term 'reef safe' is to imply that the animal will not eat/harm your corals. Anemones, sorta, are reefsafe, buy, if you cram them into a tank with either poor water conditions or inadequate lighting, they are going to desperately 'search' for a better place in the tank. In so doing, they can sting the $%%#@ out of everything. If you put any sane invidual into a cage, they will not act the same. SH
