i want to know the sex of my ALBINO rainbow shark, could someone help me?

I don't know if this is the same but with other sharks such as a red tailed black shark it is very hard to sex them because you need to have them in big groups because otherwise they are very aggressive to one another so the average aquariast doesn't sex them.

that was worded really weired
were you trying to say that in order to properly sex them you need to compare them to a big group, but they cannot be kept with their own species, or anything simular.
because that is true

i've kept and cared for sharks for a couple years now (i've raised them in stores where i worked, and kept red tail black sharks before, which are pretty closely related)
i wouldn't give you advice if i din't know what i was talking about

Hi,

I realize that I am a little late in responding but I just found this board today.

I am not as familiar with the Albino's but I know that in general males tend to be thinner. Also, the black bodied rainbow males have black lines on their anal fins...but I don't really know it that applies to the Albinos.

I had a red tailed black shark and you can sex those by looking at the tail fins. They're more rounded for females, males are pointy... So i read!
