Redecorated!

just re-decorated my tank as i had a very large piece of slate in their... it took up valuable volume!!

anyway the piece i took out was part of the parrots 'den' (i have made them something similar but with less pieces of slate) and my parrots both started biting my hand! ! i checked the slate for eggs etc before and after and there were none....guess they just dont like my hand!! their tank has a nice new decor and a few more litres of water woo! i just hope they settle in again now!

I also have a large plant pot.... but the parrots wont go inside that? it would be the perfect little home aswell!!


anyone else had similar?? the parrots didnt draw blood incase u were wondering!

just to update. they seem to have settled again!! still cant believe they bit me!! hehe

All my parrots bite but my big female KK draws blood, I usually have to hold her back with the net if I have to put my hand in the tank.
