Just seen it at wharf, around 18 inches long apparently fully grown, just thought I'd mention it. I really should stop going there, everytime I see the rays I go crazy lol

Are you sure it's not crossed with a tiger shovlenose? This is a very common cross and, yes, the family is the same as the one to which Pims belong (Pimelodidae) but the tiger shovelnose is not a Pim.
