Red Oranda - Ulcer

My Red Oranda (though he is white these days!) appears to have a red ulcer on one of his fins. He is 14 years-old so I obviously want to purchase the best anti-bacterial(?) treatment possible for him.

Could anyone recommend?

False alarm, I think. It was on one of his back fins and appears to have gone now.
