Would a red fin shark be able to go with a albino Redfin shark ?

Depends on the tank size, they are both the same fish, the albino one is just an albino version of a red tailed shark. But I myself wouldn't place them together in anything under 100 gallons, heavily planted, with tons of caves, and ground cover

initially, yes. or it worked for me.
but, over the longer term NO. and it didn't for me.
result? a dead rainbow/albino redfin.

How big is the tank? I’d recommend only one type of red finned shark in any tank, unless the tank is very big.

I've always found red finned sharks to be troublesome as they mature, kept one which led to the death of a few of my clown loaches by constantly stressing them out.

380 litres - would only keep one imo.

Ok cheers, it's just that mine is about 3" and the 3rd biggest in my tank behind my angles and I haven't had one problem with it

ime anyfish that resembles the shape/colors of the red finned shark will be subjected to stress/stalking type of behaviour.

this was my experience of them with clown loaches, and I went with rainbow shark rather then the reputedly more 'aggressive' red tail shark.

I also have 2 clown loachs and they are more dominant than the red fin is

my thoughts are just from experience and from research back then...maybe I kept a bad un

In my (limited) experience, Rainbow Sharks are very calm if they have a cave or two to hide in. As long as no other fish competes for it's spot, it won't bother them either. I've even kept them with guppies and tetras, and they were never bothered. So as long as you have 2 caves that are well-separated (at least 3-4 feet apart), and both sharks are introduced at once, it could work out.

I'm not sure if OP means Rainbow or Red Tailed, though. Rainbow has the red fins, and albino rainbows are more common, so that's what I'm assuming.
