help,
just noticed one of our new red eye tetras has a fuzzy top lip. we're presuming this is mouth fungus caused by flexibacter columnaris or something like that. does anyone know of a treatment in the UK that will work??? we would like to treat our whole tank as we've heard this fuzz is contagious but we have shrimps & loaches & corys among others in our tank so are a bit limited as to what we can use.

any ideas??? ive put melafix in but its probably not strong enough i know.
has anyone used paragon by waterlife??? or protozin by the same company?? will any of these help???
any help most appreciated.
thanks

i say isolate him immediately and treat him with something stronger than melafix.

thanks folks
glad to report i used melafix + paragon & it seems to have done the trick red eye has no more fuzz on his top lip & looks much happier :D
