Red Eye Tetra Hascut Himself And Is Swimming Lop Sided

he has a large graze on his side and he has lost use of one fin (hes recovering from fin rot) he looks like hes showing signs of swim bladder (swimming to one side, staying in one spot and barely moving) and i daren't put any protozin in there to treat the ich case in another tetra, what do i do for the little guy?
it must have happened today the wound still looks fresh and he was fine this morning

If possible, quarantine him in a tank with the best water conditions in hope that he will recover.
