Red Crab Id Help Please?

Found this little fella in my live rock, any ideas? He has very distinctive yellow spots on his back, hairy legs & a very wicked looking pincer

Looks like a bad crab to me. Just to check as I cannot see in the picture are the eyes red?? If so definately bad but the size of those pincers and the hairy legs leads me to belive bad.

My policy with crabs is "guilty until proven innocent" Mine all end up in my sump...
