Red Claw Crab Filter Problem

hi my red claw crab is somehow getting in my filter and I was wondering if that is dangerous she seems to like it because there is stuff to eat at the bottom of the filter

It isn't a problem for the crab but they can chew up the filter materials. If you provide a couple of caves or rocks it will probably hide under them instead of hiding in the filter.
The crab should be fed once or twice a day. They have a pretty high metabolism and will eat a lot of food if given half a chance.
