Red Cherry Shrimp Temperature

Cherry shrimp are very hardly in any temperture range. I set mine at 24-26c and they're doing very well.

I have even heard about people who kept them in their pond over the summer and they bred. My Cherry´s seem to be much more active since I got a heater. I have set it to 24C. Before the temp was about 16-20C and they seem to hide a lot and did not eat much. I am still waiting for them to breed though

Wow..that cool they really kept them in the pond.^^ yeh just to say if you are looking to breed them, keep the temp around 24-26c and you be fine.

next thing you know you probaby need a bigger tank. have fun with the breeding.

Well mine are starting to breed; I've got a heater for them but I'm going to upgrade their tank tomorrow and put the heater in, then everyone should be feeling a bit warmer

Birdie: What else do you have in your tank? Mine don't hide at cooler temperatures!
