Red bump on platty. Abnormal behaviour

1. Hello. I am looking for a little advice on a platty that we have. She is hanging out in one area at the top of the tank and doesn't have an interest in eating. She normally stays in the lower section of the tank. All other fish are acting normal. This has been for over a day now and she has a red bump on the side of her head.

What are your water parameters and could you upload a picture of the fish.

Thank you for replying. Unfortunately our little platy "Buzzy" is in fish heaven now. Not sure if the bump was an issue or if it was just her time. Water perameters are great and the rest of the community is thriving.
