Red blob

Hi all. One of my black widows has a red blob in its fin. I though at first a pond snail had attached itself but it has been there for days and it seems to protrude on both sides. Anyone have any idea what it could be? Thanks in advance.

Can you post a clearer picture? What other fish do you have in the tank? How big is the tank?

Hi. I wish I could post a clearer picture but I only have my phone and that was the best pic I could get from the dozens i took.
It's a 160l tank. I have the tetras, a rainbow fish pair, some yoyos and a baby ancistrus. I'd say its fully stocked. The water parameters are stable, no ammonia, nitires or nitrates, neutral ph. Despite this I still do regular water changes. Temp is 27 degrees.
