A 15g tank is inappropriate for even juvenile pirahna.

2 pirahna will usually end up being 1 pirahna. They should be kept singly (in which case they tend to be sullen and skittish) or in groups of 4 or more.

4 red bellies should be kept in a 75g or preferrably larger tank. Juveniles in a 30g at a bare minimum. Space is essential to these fish. If you don't provide it, aggression and territorial disputes will occur.

15gallons even to small for 1inch babys

just till they are alil bigger then they would b moved to a 3-4ft tank

You need alot of gallons to keep piranhas as when they feel they don't have enough space they cannibalise each other, their high protein foods needed to keep them alive also mess up water quality very easily and having a big tank will mean its easier to keep a good stable water quality.
You are looking at about 100gals just for 5piranhas, even if they are small they'll grow up fast and be as nasty to each other whatever size they are- 30gals is the bare minimum for just one piranha as said before.

yea ok 30 gallons min for 1 adult

but im saying about keeping a couple babys anout this big ----------

in a 2ft 15uk gallon till they are abit bigger to go into a bigger tank

How long till you get the bigger tank? Because if feed correctly, they will not be that big for more than couple of weeks. Which they will double in size.
Ive got one in a 30gallon growing to go in my 160ukgallon tank.
When i put it in i thought there was more than enough room, now in 3 weeks im starting to see space slowly running out.
If you want to seriously keep RBP then get the correct set up first. If you want say 4 RBPs ull need 90Gallon tank. You can then have more as small ones and sell them of as they grow.
Here is a great Piranha forum that is well worth going on if you are serious about piranhas.
Hope this is of some interest.

i agree with all of the above, when at a young age reds can grow an inch a month, so i reccommend you dont bother putting them in the small tank to start with. you can keep 3 in a 55g, but even that is pushing it .

i have 4 reds in a 70g, and they are fine at the mo
