The Sanchezi is a solitary piranha about 4.5'', cannot live with anything else. This is a wild piranha and not the most common piranha, feeds well on all whitefish fillets cod, haddock catfish etc.. and things like prawns and muscles also cichlid pellets are excellent for colouration. Although he is not very familiar wiht pellets yet. Once settled he should show his true colours. Needs a tank of AT THE VERY LEAST 25uk gallons. Need rid of so only asking £20 (i must be mad ) These go for £60-£80
I dont have a pic of this one as i recently lost my USB cable and havent got around to getting one yet. But it looks exactly the same as this one, only it is slightly darker and has a more bright red throat, also has blood red eyes.
Also i am thinning out my Red Belly shoal (Pygocentrus Nattereri), currently have 6, but these are growing fast so i will need to get rid of 2. about 5-6'' excellent colouration and feeding very well on a healthy mixed diet of white fish, prawns scallops squid and hikari pellets. These fish gorw much faster and larger than the other one, they can reach up to 12+ so you eill need at least 30-40g tank. £10 each or £15 for both
Here are the Red Bellies
These are not ideal fish for beginners and i would ideally like somone with experience in predetory fish to purchase these and for them to go to a good home, unless of course you want to do lots of research on piranhas. These are very messy fish and will need Strong filtration and a good flow through the tank as they like to swim in strong currents.
Collection only from Liverpool L4 area.
