Recommendations?

I have a 14(UK)/17(US) gallon tank (60cm), which would you recommend for a tank that size? fluval 2 plus, or 3 plus? (stock in sig).

Also how big are these filters? And would the 3 plus fit in a 33cm(thats the water level) high tank?

the bigger the better and there about 2 1 gallon milk cartens stacked on top of each other.
