Hi All,

Recently joined this forum. I have some experience having had 3 tanks previous to the one I have now. However, the last of these was overe 8 years ago.

My new tank is a Juwel Trigon 190 and is currently cycling. I have used undergravel filters in the past but now am using the internal Juwel filter. I also wish to go for real plants in the tank too to give a more natural look to the environment.

Yes I have read quite a bit about cycling. I couldn't source any ammonia but am using a little flake food to work this. It seems to be coming along but as with most people it is going to take a bit of time. Lots of varying opinions on how best to do this but the basics seem the same.

The only place I saw that had this other than online was Homebase but they had no stock just the empty shelf where it would have been!
