Well its been quite a while since adding anything on here regarding my tank. Ive been busy, but i dont know what doing?, but my tank hasnt had a water change for 2 months and i havent tested the water for nearly the same! :*) :*) :*) . But there have been a few additions. The biggest addition was the Tunze streams (2 x 6100's) and a multi-controller, the movement now is fantastic!. It took a while for everything to adjust to it, the corals all closed up for 2-3 days, but the fish now love it, as do the corals!. So the turn over now is very good.
Ive also added a few corals, a decorator crab and fish, of which, one only lasted 2 days :byebye: , it was picked on when added with a maroon clown at the lfs, but i stupidly said i'd have it ( i got all excited!) when really i should have let it recover!. But the lfs did say that they'd replace it!
Hopefully soon, all the stock will be added to a new tank i plan to have, which at the moment is 8x2x2, but that might be shortened to 7', but i really want a 7 x 2.5 x 2.5 or something between them, so a 200-300 uk gallon tank, which will have a 100-200 gal sump! but at the mo, this is all in my head, except the 8x2x2 tank which is in my garage.
pic time!

This pulsing xenia was just a frag that got ripped off a dead acro, i didnt expect it to live, but after a few months its gone mad!, the original frag is the 2nd from left, the others have spread and grown since!.

My hairy mushroom, this rock was covered in them, but!, when adding the last lot of rock i placed it at the top of the tank when aquascaping and forgot about it!, most of the shrooms released themselves and dissapeared behind the L.R :/ due to the intense light, but i saved a few and the remainding got forced off by this monster, which is nearly 5" across

A few here, my blue linkia, which seems to be doing very well!, my red ball sponge, looking a bit chewed up thanks to the decorator crab!. And a small bunch of white pulsing xenia amongst some button polyps, all of which were freebies on the last lot of L.R i bought.

An blue tip acro frag, thats doing ok, and my flymo blenny, thats his hiding hole!.
16.jpg

My newest acro, not sure what type it is!, but its yellow with bright green tips, and it has a acro crab living in it.

above shot.

My green torch, which was recently moved because i'd placed it wrongly, hence why its not to its full potential, and my long spined urchin met with it minutes before this photo. Gorgeous though!

My lilac/blue tip acro, over the last week its lost alot of its stunning blue colour, i think its algae, it did have an acro crab living in it, but ive not seen it for a while!. And more white pulsing xenia freebies!.

My malu anenome, i thought it was white, but ive learnt a week or two ago, that theyre brown!, Sellers stress them to make them lose theyre symbiotic algea, and make then look a stunning white with purple tips, But nearly all of them die due to this!, luckily mine is getting back the algae and is nearly brown again! (must be doing something right!) and 4 days ago it moved itself off the substate under a rock, to in the rock!

My galaxia. No matter what, i cant get a decent pic of this. This was taken with the tunze off, so the wave/ripple affect cant be seen, nor can its sweeper tenticles :/

More freebies!

Not sure about this, i think its a baddie like aipitasia, theres a few around the tank.

My flmo again, on one of the tunze. He was very, very lucky, i switched the pumps off with the feeding timer, and he was just about to swim inside when it kicked uo again!
116.jpg

My lawnmower blenny. He's great, has tons of character and leaves little kiss marks over the glass. Doesnt get on too well with the flymo though.

A side view shot, which you can see the tail of my ellusive yellow wrass!, him and my regal (dory) just swim together in the rock work, and usually only come out when being fed!
