Are this real stones and do they dye? And what are their differences?

That is a question you would have to resolve, as it isn't an international product, to my knowledge. The stones look coated, but we only have photos.
 
From what I was able to translate this is may be a man-made product made from the ash from rice husks which have a high silica content. The material is known as Black Rice Husk Ash/stone. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2773207X23000945.

It would likely be ok to use if well rinsed first. Kind of looks like raw obsidian but obsidian is generally more variable.

It could also be dyed stone. No guarantees.
