Re-stocking old tank

[New Boy]

When I move my current fish to a 400 litre tank I want to re-stock my current 190 litre, I was thinking of the following together;

6 Congo Tetra
6 Rosy Barbs
2 Raphael Catfish
2 Kribensis
2 Dwarf Gouramis

Overstocked? Incompatible fish?
My water is 7.8ph and moderately hard.
