Random yellow winged insect in tank

Good morning everyone,

I'm hoping you can help me identify what i've found in my tank. I was doing a water change & came across some random winged insects clinging to the fry nursery. I want to know;

1. What are they??
2. How could they have got into the tank?
3. Are they dangerous to my fish?

They look a bit like afids to me. Not sure if they are dangerous or not. If you gathered live plants and put them in your tank, these insects could easily have hitched a ride and flew onto your nursery tank.

It looks like a Damesfly and Damesfly larvae to me. Sorry I don't know much about them. I would try moving them outside.

I've done a bit of research and I think they're Damselfly. Apparently they will feed on small fish.. so my fry might've been at risk. I got them straight out as well as my plants.

its something related to dragonfly theyre mostly harmless. nonetheless move them out of the tank they lay their eggs in water
