Ramshorn Snail

I really like the look of ramshorn snails, and I'd like to put them in my invert tank.

I'm worried they may eat the plants though. Will they?

They will eat a dying plant, but not a healthy one. They love cucumber. Go for the reds – or blues, if you can find them [wish I could get my hands on some]. If I had to choose between snails and shrimps, I would go for the snails. Just love them..!

Ramshorns are a great looking snail.

They will eat a dying plant, but not a healthy one.

Mine munched on a stem of a healthy banana plant and detached the leaf.
