I have a community tank of fish with 2 bolivian rams I feed all the fish a mixture of tetra pro colour flakes an frozen foods an pellets but the rams don't seem to bother with the food does anyone have any ideas what I could get them are do?

How long has then tank been set up?
What other tank mates do they have?
What size is the tank?

2 small dennision barbs same size as the rummy nose
5 ottos
5 platies
5 sterbai Corydora
2 guppies

My tank is 350litres
