I had a pair of Rams and one died from Ich yesterday.
Now the other one does nothing but stay low to the gravel and hides.
I have been checking all my fish this last week for signs of Ich..haven't found any.
He doesn't seem to have the white specs or any discoloration.

I am kinda worried. He didn't come up for food today.

You'll have to continue treating it even if you don't see any white spots. Normally I'll continue with the treatment for at least 7 days.

Raise your temp all the to 30 C/86 F and ICH will be gone in a week or so without meds. I currently got ICH on my Discus and I've raise the temp that high and after 2 days most of the spots are gone. ICH won't survive on that temp, I also purchase some blue rams today and they look comfy on high temps.... Good Luck

You'll have to raise it gradually, and I think they'll be ok for one or two days. Personally, I haven't tried a temperature like 30C, the most I had was 29C and still worked.

Longer than that is better, the life cycle of the parasite is 21 days. If the temp is raised, it is less.
