I have a a mix of rainbows in my 300L tank. 3 Boesmani, 3 red iran, 2 parkinson (orange) and 2 dwarf/neon all of which are males although not sure on the dwarfs. I just bought a large parkinson, again which looks male as its displaying the orange markings. Now for some reason one of the Boesmani wants to fight constantly with the new parkinson, the Boesmani is aways chacing the new large parkinson round and round in circles and also having a nip at it too. Have i got an agressive Boesmani that cant tollerate other species of rainbow, even though i have other species?

I think the Boesmani is just establishing dominace with the new rainbow. I'm not sure if you can (idk how the stocking with rainbows go) but maybe add another Parkingson to help spread the aggression of the Boesmani.

Don't just rely on my answer. Just an opinion. I'm sure someone will know. ;)
