Rainbow Plec

Hi my missus went out and bought me a plec which the lfs owner said was a Rainbow Plec. After carrying out a search i have discovered so far that there is no such fish. I dont have a pic but it is a goldie colour with white spots all over its body. Se paid £30 for it hope this helps maybe someone has heard of a Plec being called a Rainbow. Any suggestions would be helpful.

have u got a pic, because theres many gold coloured plecs with whte dots on.. check through planetatfish.com

Could it be a golden nugget pleco.
