Rainbow Fish And Discus

Is it possible to keep Rainbow fish with discus wouldthey be happy in a ph of 6.5 and what are the ideal water conditions for Rainbows? Please help.

they should be fine together rainbow fish will eventually adapt to the conditions of discus i have a 100 gal planted tank with 8 discus and 10 different rainbows they get along fine nothing has died yet
