I know how to quote a single post in a reply to a thread, however how do you use the multiquote system or insert a quote from one thread into another thread?

If you want to use the Multiquote function, just click on that button for each time you want to quote, then click "Add Reply" and all those quotes will appear in the reply box. I believe you can do the same for other threads as well (but I've never tried that).

If the Multi-Quote thing doesn't work for posts in a different thread, then open reply in the first thread, and copy the "Quote" including the BBCode snippets.

Then navigate to the thread you want to reply in, open a new post and paste the "Quote" in.
