Quick Update On Ty And Morgan

well Morgan finally arrived on Tues 23/01/07 at 2.08 am weighing 5lb 4oz will post pics in relevant section when I get some. Finally got home from hosp on Wed, and got Ty back last night talk about a nervous time. My mum made me panic but things are starting to settle now and Ty is doing ok, he's ok but still unsure of Morgan when he makes noises and makes me nervous but have started to shut him in the kitchen if his behaviour is not suitable. He's had a good sniff and we can hold Morgan around him.

Hopefully things will get better I never expected it to be easy.

Anyway I'm just glad to be home with Ty and Morgan, been making sure Ty gets his walks (so far anyway) and attention. I cried when I finally got Ty home I had missed him something rotten when I was stuck in hospital for the week. Whilst I was in hospital Ty stayed at my dads and they seemed to have made a breakthrough as Ty stopped attacking my dad too and on walks he's been very responsive to me which is great.

Anyway better go just thought I'd quickly let you know how things are going

Congratulations, I hope you are both well. I'm sure Ty will be fine as long as he gets plenty of attention (as you said). I like the baby's name! I am a she but use Morgan on here. It is a unisex name but seems to be used more as a boy's name now. Mum's are good at getting you to panic aren't they?! I missed my dog when I was in hospital, they just said you have a baby now! As if I was then supposed to ignore the poor dog!

Ty is learning quicker than I thought he knew to stay in kitchen until invited in today whilst morgan was down and even ignored most of his noises.

Well things are going much better now than I ever anticipated I've even managed to have Ty sat on sofa next to me whilst I hold Morgan which is great. Also my mum who was really worried about how things would be and tried to get me to get rid of Ty is also really impressed with how Ty is.

Well managed to walk Ty and Morgan the other day and Ty had to be right next to the pushchair at all times and even started on another dog that was barking at him which is unlike him at the best of times and then later on when we saw the same dog and was away from the pushchair he was all tails wagging and wanting to say hello to it. So I think he was just trying to protect Morgan, also when chris took morgan a different way Ty was pulling to get back to being next to him. Unfortunately he's getting a bit too excited when I go to pick Morgan up now so I have to send him to the kitchen as he gets a bit too close but thats just curiosity.
