Quick Questions On Pleco I Saw!

Hey guys!

I was in my LFS!

And saw what was labelled a Queen Arabesque!

But i have looked around on here and none of them look alot like it!

All i know is this one has bright red/orangey eyes!

Could this just be to the individual plec or is this a trate of a certain species?

Im interested in purchasing it ... so any helpful info will be greatly appreciated!

Found it!

That is what is labelled Queen Arabesque in my LFS! (Dobbies)

It is priced at around 25quid from what i remember!

Its is about 5 1/2 - 6 1/2 inchs long!

Good price or bad??

its a type of royal plec. great fish that need wood in their diet. I paid 20 quid for a 5 inch one from a guy on internet but if its in good nick and has full belly I'd pay £25

Looks like a L190 royal (could be wrong) £25 is good price in my opinion at that size ive seen them here for £40 at that they like bogwood in there diet and can reach more than a foot long so you will need a big tank. A queen arabesque is a L260 black and white hypancistrus

if you can deal with its waste and adult size buy it!

Did you ask a member of staff if that was the correct label for that plec as they may have just forgotten to swap over labels ?
