Ok Ive decieded on going with a school of saps was just wondering seen some pics of Hypancistrus zebras look pretty cool and they only grow about 6 ins will they get on with the puffers.

They would likely be okay, but as always with puffers it is hit and miss. I wouldn't recommend it seeing how much they (the plecos) cost.

Zebra Plecos are very expensive and are best kept in a group. They are a rare fish and many people keep them in a group for breeding purposes to try and get the numbers back up.
I keep mine in a tank on their own and wouldn't risk keeping any other fish with them. That's just my paranoia about another fish bringing disease into the tank!
I wouldn't risk keeping them with Puffers as it could end up as a costly mistake if things went wrong.

Ok what about congo tetras Id reall y like something with the tetras and as nmonks recommended tetras and catfish thats why I was asking does anybody keep saps with anything else ps have my eye on a 75 now just waiting to hear back.lol

As I said, it's hit and miss with puffers. I would think that the congos would get nipped though due to their long trailing finnage.

Ok thanks for the info quess ill do some more thinking I want something different I quess Ill do some research might have to rethink Puffers.

Quick, robust fish like silver dollars or something like that might work. Many catfish are fine. As I said, it is hit an miss with puffers. Some may not attack anything, others may not allow any tank mates. A puffer species tank really isn't that bad though. I find in a tank with puffers and other fish, you tend to only really pay attention to the puffer(s). What they require in housing and care, they more than make up for in personality.
