Can someone clarify for me: Once they have been exposed to ich, do fish have an increased immunity? Also, would ich cause a fish to clamp it's fins to it's body? (I believe that it is a sign of discomfort)
Thanks!

Some books I've read say that fish can acquire a form of immunity after an infection, but I have seen fish being re-infected numerous times. I wouldnt depend on it!

All fish can get Ich as far as I know, some fast swimming fish, like Mountain Minnows and Orfes do seem to be less at risk to it. Come to think of it, I've never seen a White Cloud Mountain Minnow with Ich, has anyone??

Fish without scales can certainly get ich.
Clown loaches are extremely susceptible to it, and they are scaleless.
