quick help needed

just noticed that one of my neon tetras has in the center half his blue missing is that something i sould be worried about? he don't look that happy either

Sounds like neon tetra disease. It's uncurable, and highly contagious.

So in response to that, remove the fish into it's own tank so your other wont get infected. Also you may want to change the water in the community tank, if that's where he was.
