quick cycle question

ive been cycling my tank for a long time, and its about to get done but there is a problem....
my ammonia is really low, but my nitrites are soaring and so are my nitrates.
i was thinking that if my nitrates are so high, that my nitrites wont be able to turn into nitrates.

nitrite- 4
nitrate - 100 and over

should i do a really big water change or just wait or what?
my nitrites have spiked almost 2 weeks ago.

Your fine and almost done. I wouldn't do a water change to get the nitrates down until your ready to add fish.

so it usually takes 2 weeks or more after the nitrite spike for nitrites to go down?

It took about that long on my minibows for the nitrites to reach zero. It can vary greatly though.

nitrates are actually around 250..... i just measures. i was just kinda guessing before

i think nitrates are way to high, im gonna do a 75% change.

i dont think it will hurt the cycle anyways
