Quick Board Question

Hi

Just wondering why you can use the attachment feature to add photos in some subforums but not others? For example, I've used it in the betta forum, emergency forum, aquarium pictures forum, but the feature is not available in the gourami forum, tropical chat forum, etc? It just doesn't appear in the Post reply page as an option for particular subforums...
