Quetion On Colour Of Lights

I have just bought a 4x24W T5 Lighting hanging lamp. and it comes with 4x 14.000 kelvin tropical white, and i just wanted to ask whether i need to invest in different "colour" lights to help boost plant growth or whether this is fine as it is?

The colour temp is not as important as the spectrum of light produced. Planted tanks need a full strecturm light bulb, which these are probably not. Change to plant specific tubes.
