Questions about fairy shrimp

Hello! im wondering if fairy shrimp will breed underwater and what food they need?

They are basically freshwater brineshrimp. Feed them green water (single celled algae) and infusoria. Do regular water changes to keep ammonia and nitrite at 0ppm. They breed when the water is warm.
